Responsibilities : In this pivotal role, you will focus on operational analyses, providing solid decision-making frameworks and strengthening the FP&A function. Your duties will include: - Analyzing revenue, costs, margins, and vendor structures within the operational business. - Identifying and tracking deviations, anomalies, and inconsistencies. - Contributing to monthly reporting and assisting with budget planning and forecasts. - Preparing analyses and decision-making documents for management and investors. - Collaborating closely with external stakeholders and internal teams, including Accounting, Operations, and Business Units, to clarify numerical data and underlying causes. - Enhancing FP&A reports, KPIs, and analytical models. - Supporting initiatives to improve data quality, transparency, and traceability. - Utilizing modern tools such as BI solutions, automation, or AI to boost efficiency.
Requirements : To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal. - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, finance, business analysis, or similar roles. - Background in a commercial operational environment – IT, services, SaaS, or scale-up. - Proficient Excel and spreadsheet skills. -
Experience in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. - Strong understanding of cost, margin, and business logics. - An analytical mindset, high affinity for numbers, and curiosity about business models. -
Experience in the private equity sector or within a PE-managed company is a plus. - Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
