Responsibilities : As the Team Lead for Platform Services, you will oversee the seamless operation of all platforms for our clients and for noris network AG. You'll manage the Infrastructure as a Service team, ensuring the effective running of virtualization environments in our data centers. Key responsibilities include: - Leading the operation of VMware-based virtualization platforms (Hypervisor) and ensuring stable, secure, and SLA-compliant delivery of infrastructure services to both internal and external clients. - Mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of responsibility and innovation. - Managing team operations, resource allocation, and continuously improving workflows in collaboration with other teams and departments. - Working closely with clients, external partners, and internal project teams to ensure a holistic understanding of service delivery. - Driving technical enhancements of operational platforms, focusing on automation and efficiency. - Overseeing budget and personnel planning for your area and participating actively in recruitment efforts.

Requirements : To succeed in this role, you should possess: - A degree in IT, a relevant IT qualification, or equivalent experience with several years in the field. - At least 5 years of experience in team leadership, demonstrating high motivation and strong interpersonal skills. - Solid technical knowledge in IT infrastructures, virtualization, container technologies, and software-defined infrastructure. - Extensive experience in IT operations and management of ITIL service processes. - A strong understanding of data center-related IT services with a keen focus on customer orientation and quality. - Excellent analytical and communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and service delivery.
