Responsibilities : We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to fortify the foundation of Paymentology’s cloud infrastructure, emphasizing AWS multi-account governance, IAM security protocols, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation. In this pivotal role, you will: - Enhance and manage Paymentology’s AWS cloud architecture, focusing on multi-account governance through AWS Organizations, Landing Zone frameworks, and Service Control Policy guardrails. - Design, implement, and sustain secure IAM roles, policies, and access controls tailored to comply with least privilege and regulatory requirements. - Develop and oversee Terraform-based IaC to facilitate scalable and secure infrastructure deployments. - Integrate infrastructure automation within CI/CD pipelines to ensure uniformity across development, testing, and production environments. - Implement and support essential AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, CloudFront, Route 53, and load balancers for both applications and networks. - Collaborate closely with Platform Engineering and Security teams to uphold infrastructure standards, governance controls, and operational reliability. - Aid in troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis across cloud platforms to ensure optimal performance and availability. - Keep thorough documentation in Confluence, maintain operational runbooks, and uphold infrastructure standards for sustained platform efficacy.
Requirements : To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Strong hands-on experience with AWS, particularly in multi-account environments and cloud security best practices. - A deep understanding of IAM governance, including role-based access control, least privilege policy design, and cross-account access patterns. - Advanced proficiency with Terraform, specifically in creating reusable modules and managing multi-environment deployments.
