Responsibilities : We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to enhance the foundations of Paymentology’s cloud infrastructure. This pivotal role emphasizes AWS multi-account governance, IAM security protocols, and the automation of Infrastructure as Code. In this position, you will: - Support and refine Paymentology’s AWS cloud architecture, focusing on multi-account governance through AWS Organizations, Landing Zone frameworks, and Service Control Policy safeguards. - Design, implement, and manage secure IAM roles, policies, and access controls that comply with the principle of least privilege. - Develop, modularize, and oversee Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code to facilitate scalable, repeatable, and secure infrastructure deployments. - Integrate infrastructure automation into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring consistency across development, testing, and production environments. - Implement and support essential AWS infrastructure services, such as API Gateway, Lambda, CloudFront, Route 53, and application and network load balancers. - Collaborate with Platform Engineering and Security teams to align infrastructure standards and maintain operational reliability. - Assist in troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis across cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.
Requirements : Candidates should possess strong hands-on AWS experience, particularly in multi-account environments and Landing Zone governance, alongside cloud security best practices. A deep understanding of IAM governance, including role-based access control and least privilege policy design, is essential. Proficiency in Terraform, including the development of reusable modules for multi-environment deployments, is also required.
