Responsibilities : Figma is in search of a Mid-Market Sales Manager to become an integral part of our vibrant team of creatives, engineers, marketing specialists, and business leaders. This role is distinct from the traditional sales leadership positions, as Figma stands apart from conventional design tool companies. We value creativity and innovation, and we hope you do too.

In this role, you will have the chance to join a rapidly expanding sales organization, engaging with both current clients and prospective customers to cultivate meaningful relationships that enhance customer experiences and contribute to our revenue growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with various teams, including Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community. As the Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will lead a group of Account Executives focused on driving the growth of our Enterprise product.

This position reports directly to the Director of Mid-Market Sales.

Requirements : This is a full-time position that can be performed from our San Francisco office or remotely within the United States. We are excited to connect with candidates who have: - Over 7 years of experience in SaaS sales. - At least 2 years of management experience within a Commercial Sales team in a SaaS environment. - A background in selling to technical teams (Engineering, Product, Design). - Proven success in leading a sales team while actively participating in deal-making alongside your team. - A history of building strong customer relationships with a focus on satisfaction. - A track record of leading sales teams to consistently achieve and surpass targets.

🕐 Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
