Overview
Join Stripe's Machine Learning Infrastructure team and help power AI/ML solutions that process over $1 trillion in annual payment volume. As a key member of our ML Infra team, you'll build foundational services and tools that enable machine learning across Stripe's platform, supporting our mission to increase the internet's GDP. With Stripe handling roughly 1% of global GDP, you'll work with extraordinary data scale that makes this one of the premier destinations for ML infrastructure engineering.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, secure services supporting ML notebooks, model training, experimentation, and LLM applications across multi-region deployments
- Build libraries and services that streamline ML engineers' workflows from research phase through production deployment
- Collaborate directly with product teams and ML engineers to enhance daily productivity and development velocity
- Own technical and product challenges by navigating diverse systems, processes, and cutting-edge technologies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end ML lifecycle solutions spanning data exploration, feature engineering, and model serving
Requirements
- 2+ years professional software development experience with strong foundation in service-oriented architecture and large-scale distributed systems
- Passion for building impactful products and solving complex business challenges
- Comfort working in dynamic environments with multiple moving components
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Stripe teams across the US and Canada
