Offensive Security Red Team Specialist - Remote Opportunity

Overview: Lumitekno Kreasi Global is on the lookout for a skilled Red Team Specialist with expertise in Offensive Security to enhance our ongoing security assessments. This fully remote position offers a chance to make a significant impact while focusing primarily on web-based exploitation and validating shell access. We prefer candidates who can commit full-time, but part-time applications may be evaluated based on performance and reliability.

Responsibilities : As a Red Team Specialist, your key tasks will include: - Conducting authorized offensive security assessments aimed at achieving verified web-based shell access. - Identifying and exploiting potential security vulnerabilities, such as: • File upload vulnerabilities • Remote Code Execution (RCE) • Local/Remote File Inclusion (LFI/RFI) • Misconfigurations in servers and applications • Weak permission settings - Delivering stable and validated access results for internal evaluations. - Documenting the exploitation process when necessary. - Working autonomously while ensuring consistent and reliable performance.

Requirements : To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Proven hands-on experience in real-world offensive security operations (not limited to lab or CTF scenarios). - Strong knowledge in: a. Web application security testing b. Techniques for bypassing file uploads c.

Server misconfiguration analysis d. Basics of privilege escalation e. Vulnerabilities specific to CMS and frameworks - Capability to operate independently with minimal oversight. - A stable internet connection and adaptability across different time zones. - A strong sense of responsibility regarding confidentiality and security.
