Responsibilities : - Customer Discovery: Engage in in-depth interviews with clients, including corporate buyers and traders, in the solar and wind energy sectors to identify and address their challenges. - AI-Native Prototyping: Utilize AI tools like Claude Code to develop high-fidelity prototypes directly in code, creating functional realities from your ideas. - Validation & Iteration: Present your prototypes through screen-sharing sessions, integrating feedback from clients immediately to enhance your iterations. - High-Efficiency Handoff: Deliver functional code instead of vague tickets to ensure our development team can utilize your work with minimal delays, speeding up our market entry. - Strategy: Take ownership of your features as a "Mini-CEO," guiding them from conception through to technical validation.
Requirements : - The Maker Spirit: You have previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner and enjoy the hands-on aspect of building products. Proficiency in prompt engineering and a good understanding of web front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) are essential. - Analytical Thinker: You possess a quick understanding and sharp intellect, thriving on delving into complex regulatory or technical subjects and simplifying them. - Industry Focus: Ideally, you have experience in the energy market (solar/wind, PPA, trading). If not, you have demonstrated your ability to quickly grasp new industries in other complex fields such as FinTech, MedTech, or logistics. - Language Proficiency: Fluency in German at a native level is essential for communication with German clients, along with excellent English skills. - Residence: You must currently reside in Germany.
