Responsibilities : - Customer Discovery: Conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders in the solar and wind sectors, such as corporate buyers and traders, to identify their pain points. - AI-Native Prototyping: Utilize AI tools like Claude Code to build functional high-fidelity prototypes directly in code, crafting the operational reality. - Validation & Iteration: Share your code prototypes through screen-sharing and promptly implement customer feedback using AI, ensuring that the next iteration is ready to go. - High-Efficiency Handoff: Deliver working code rather than vague tickets, allowing our development team to take over with minimal delays, accelerating our time to market. - Strategy: Manage your features as a "Mini-CEO," from initial concept through technical validation.
Requirements : - Maker Spirit: You have prior experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner and a passion for building real solutions. Proficiency in prompt engineering and an understanding of web front-end structures (HTML/CSS/JS) are essential. - Analytical Mindset: You possess a quick comprehension ability and a sharp intellect, thriving in complex regulatory or technical subjects and simplifying them effectively. - Industry Focus: Ideally, you have experience in the energy market (solar/wind, PPA, trading), or you have successfully navigated other complex sectors (e.g., FinTech, MedTech, or logistics) in record time. - Language Proficiency: Fluent German (native level required for communication with German clients) and excellent English skills. - Residency: You must currently reside in Germany.
