We are currently on the lookout for a proactive Product Manager (Operations & Growth) who will navigate the intersection of product development, operational efficiency, and business performance. This role is not merely about launching new features; it’s about comprehending the entire system, pinpointing inefficiencies, and restructuring processes to enhance both business performance and the student experience.
Responsibilities : - Conduct audits and redesign operational workflows to streamline processes. - Chart out comprehensive workflows related to student support, onboarding, recurring payments, and various operational areas. - Identify areas of inefficiency, manual bottlenecks, and financial leakages. - Create actionable improvement roadmaps and oversee their implementation. - Analyze metrics to uncover root causes of trends, using a product-oriented approach to tackle operational challenges. - Establish strategies and plans for execution, turning insights into clear priorities and initiatives. - Build a solid economic rationale for every initiative, focusing on metrics that genuinely impact outcomes. - Collaborate across various operational teams, taking initiative to identify problems and lead solutions independently. - Implement automation where beneficial, improving manual workflows and support processes. - Stay informed on market trends, competitor practices, and modern operational strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements : - A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of measurable impact on operations and growth.
