Your Role

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate product strategies and spearhead cross-functional projects in reporting, data infrastructure, and artificial intelligence to bolster internal teams at Stripe;
• Lead the creation of internal GenAI applications, encompassing use case identification, vendor assessment, data preparation, and change management for smooth operational integration;
• Execute technical and business feasibility assessments for data center localization to facilitate Stripe’s global reach, addressing compliance, latency, and operational readiness; drive initiatives to platformize reporting through the development of reusable data models and internal tools applicable across various product and finance scenarios;
• Supervise the creation of a semantic layer to unify key metrics and expedite self-service analytics for data users;
• Work in close collaboration with engineering, data science, legal, and compliance teams to guarantee scalable, secure, and effective product delivery.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field, accompanied by 3 years of experience in product design or engineering.

The position also requires:

• A minimum of 3 years driving end-to-end product requirements across various teams;

• A minimum of 3 years in gathering and prioritizing intricate deliverables while engaging with clients, balancing technical and business trade-offs, and collaborating in a cross-functional setting with customers, business leaders, and technical teams to deliver sophisticated data and platform products in the fintech sector;

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles and best practices;

• A minimum of 3 years in software product management;

• A minimum of 3 years using data to manage metrics, enhance processes, and implement business cases;

• A minimum of 3 years in developing comprehensive product roadmaps, generating feature specifications, and executing go-to-market strategies;

• At least 2 years of experience in building Gen AI applications within the fintech industry.

Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 annually

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
