By 2028, we aim to make over 1,000,000 dogs healthier and happier every day by expanding our supplement portfolio to address more than 30 common canine issues.
To realize our vision, we are expanding our Acquisition Team with a specific focus on scalable and profitable customer acquisition strategies. Paid Social marketing stands as one of our primary growth drivers. Our goal is to build the best media buying team in Germany, elevating UGC, Direct Response, and VSL funnels to new heights.
We are heavily investing in creatives, funnels, infrastructure, testing, and talent to support this initiative.
Responsibilities - Independently scale our Meta campaigns with a strong emphasis on profitable customer acquisition. - Passionately analyze the entire funnel from the initial ad click to checkout, identifying key optimization levers (hook, angle, offer, landing page, UX, trust elements, checkout). - Develop and enhance scalable direct-response funnels, with a particular focus on long-form formats such as VSLs. - Strategically evolve our creative strategy beyond static and UGC, while keeping an eye on the future of D2C performance. - Collaborate closely with Direct Response Copy, Creative Strategy, and CRO to rapidly test and iteratively improve performance hypotheses. - Establish and refine a structured creative testing framework (hooks, angles, mechanisms, objection handling). - Drive data-informed decisions based on CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics. - Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and US research to identify performance opportunities early on.
Requirements - A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social Advertising (Meta). - At least 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, ideally within the supplements, beauty, or cosmetics sectors. - A solid understanding of direct response marketing and performance funnels. - You don't just analyze numbers; you derive actionable hypotheses and tests from them. - You recognize the importance of static ads and classic UGC while also acknowledging that long-form formats like VSLs are shaping the future of D2C. -
Experience in conceptualizing or structuring campaigns effectively.
