Responsibilities : As part of the Startup and SMB Account Executive team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the acquisition and growth of our most promising customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying prospective users through inbound leads and proactive outreach. - Managing the entire sales process from initial lead to successful close for SMBs and Platforms. - Crafting and executing comprehensive sales strategies to onboard new clients and promote product usage. - Addressing complex client needs by collaborating with product, sales, risk, and operations teams to enhance our offerings. - Generating leads through various methods, including cold calling, research, and networking. - Ensuring all interactions leave potential Stripe users satisfied, regardless of the deal size. - Understanding client pain points and offering tailored Stripe solutions. - Facilitating user success through coordination with internal teams.
Requirements : We seek a dynamic and strategic seller capable of fostering strong relationships and managing fast-paced deal cycles. The ideal candidate will possess: - Over 5 years of sales or prospecting experience, ideally within a tech environment, demonstrating exceptional performance. - The ability to navigate complex technical landscapes and engage effectively with technical clients. - Strong analytical skills to handle intricate sales processes. -
Experience in managing projects involving cross-functional teams. - A talent for collaborating with diverse stakeholders, both within the company and externally. - The drive to thrive in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - A demonstrated record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
