Alphapet Ventures GmbH is on the lookout for a motivated Student Assistant to join our Brand Management team, supporting the growth of the Herrmann's Manufaktur brand in Munich. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with in-office collaboration.
Responsibilities : In this role, you will engage in various daily tasks within the Brand Management team. Your contributions will include: - Assisting in the development and execution of diverse branding and marketing initiatives. - Taking charge of smaller projects related to social media and influencer marketing. - Supporting the sourcing and management of content creators, as well as drafting campaign briefs. - Producing reports, identifying relevant KPIs, and assessing the success of our marketing strategies. - Aiding your team members with business analyses and the development of steering dashboards using our existing BI tools.
Requirements : To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Currently enrolled as a student in a university or college program related to Business Administration or a comparable field. - Previous experience in brand management and/or marketing is advantageous. - Possess strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work. - Excellent communication skills with a proficiency in expressing ideas clearly across all levels and departments. - Fluent in German; English proficiency is a plus.
